At Luxura MedSpa, we value your time and the personalized care we provide to every client. Please review our updated consultation and deposit policy below:
General Consultations
Consultation Fee: $150
This fee will be applied toward any service you choose to move forward with. If you decide not to proceed, the $150 consultation fee serves as payment for the provider’s time and expertise.
Note: This consultation fee is non-refundable.
Consultations with Dr. Luke
Initial Consultation Fee: $250 (Prepaid)
Follow-Up Phone Consultations: $150 (Prepaid)
Note: All consultations with Dr. Luke must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rebooking
If you cancel or reschedule a treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $100 rebooking fee will be applied to your account. This ensures that we can continue providing timely care to all clients.
Note: Rebooking fees are non-refundable.
Importance of Advance Notice
We kindly ask clients to provide as much advance notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. This courtesy allows us to better accommodate others and ensure optimal use of our providers’ time.
Last-minute cancellations and rescheduling directly impact our ability to serve clients promptly and efficiently.
Cherry Financing Policy
To all of our Cherry customers, we will now be adding a 10% fee to all Cherry users to offset the costs associated with this service. Unfortunately, we can no longer sustain this cost share.
